When you run OSPFv3, what do you typically see (on any interface) as the
next hop address? This behavior should assist in answering that part!
With MBGP (which is not currently on the blueprint) you can actually
manipulate this behavior based on your configuration.

I was wondering when configuring ipv6 over frame-relay do we need to use the
link local address in the frame-relay map command, or do we only need to use
the link-local address when we are running a dynamic routing protocol? like
OSPFv3 or mBGP ?
