Duplex mismatch with dot1q

Hi GS,

I have a trivial question.

I have duplex mismatch when I do dot1q tunnel to 10Mb ethernet router port.
Ethernet router port does not have duplex auto feature and other end of
dot1q tunnel has 100 Mb duplex auto feature. I am also sending l2protocol
cdp.

R5-e1(10Mb no duplex auto feature: current - duplex half) <->
Sw3-Fa0/5(duplex auto: dot1q tunnel)=Sw4-Fa0/18(duplex auto: dot1q
tunnel)<-> SW2-Fa0/21(duplex auto: router port- "no switchport")

I tried to change all the ports to duplex half and it made link between SW4
and SW2 goes down. It is also same way for half duplex.

I also had similar problem when I configure network go through CiscoSw1 <->
non Cisco Sw1( 10 Mb) -- Non Cisco Sw2(100Mb) <-> Cisco Sw2. it was for home
lab.

I see why it is causing problems but any solution to fix this.
