Nalini,

Yes, you can use the extended access-list in the access-class. The 1-199
means you can use either standard or extended.

Subject: CCIE R/S and Security - VTY Access-Class

Hi Group ,

Can I did exercise on extended access-list(Source and destination address)
in VTY to give access on of my router`s loopback address by using VTY
access-class ?.

All other routers have reachability to My routers loopback X address.but I
would like to give telnet access to loopback X for only some routers.

I checked on VTY

Rack1R1(config-line)#access-class ?
  <1-199> IP access list
  <1300-2699> IP expanded access list
  WORD Access-list name

What it means <1-199> IP access list ?

If somebody hit upon the location on DOCCD ,please enlighten to me.

Thanks

Nalini Roy
