Hi Geert,

I have a similar setup and my DHCP snooping works perfectly fine with
my ip helper-address config on the L3 switch. I believe this shud be
the proper setup, as the helper address is a "L3" feature, being able
to route packets to the ip address of the DHCP server and as such,
should be configured on the L3 device on the network.
