Monica,
Relax, debit cards are accepted. They process the card transaction
precisely 28 days before the lab exam, so that if one cancels the lab
appointment there is no complication with the refund. If the
transaction fails for any reason, they call you, so you have the
opportunity to change the card data. My only concern is related to
how card data is stored, because storing credit card data is a bad
practice (see PCI DSS).
