Hi group,
I have a basic question which is bugging me for quite a sometime.

policy-map test
class a
  police CIR 10MB BC 1MB
class b
  police CIR 8MB bc 1MB

Interface fast0/0
service-policy input test
service-policy output test

Q1:
If class A is using only 5 megs of badwidth of its allocated 10mb bandwidth
(+1megs bc), where that bandwidth will go ? in default-class?

Q2:
If answer of Q1 is "yes" - Can class B use classA's spare bandwidth (from
default-class) and can be benifited bursting 1 megs?

All i want to know is , how does policing treats when any class spares its
bandwidth.
