Are you asking if you can put a GBIC directly in a router? Well
sure...depending on the router. If it has a GBIC/SFP slot then it will
take one. Otherwise, no. There are E and FE interface modules that can
be put into a WIC/HWIC slot but that again can be model specific info.
If you provide more detail on what you want to do then perhaps more
detail on a solution can be given.
