But let's say you paid 1000 dollars and you purchased the work book, and you
studied the three four or five labs that they give you, and let's say you
take the lab and fail, NOW WHAT? WHO WOULD YOU COMPLAIN TO? WHERE WOULD YOU
GO TO GET A REFUND? WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED?
