Dears,
Let me explain,
1. I need to filter traffic coming into a switch from router on VLAN33
(for example),
2. I need to classify it using class-map
3. and then change IP precedence for this VLAN to be network (7)
4. and apply it on switchport interface in the same switch.
I did the following:
1. vlan filter VLAN33 vlan-list 33
2. class-map match-all VLAN_33
match access-group name VLAN33
3. policy-map POLICE_VLAN_33
class VLAN_33
set precedence 7
4. service-policy output POLICE_VLAN_33 (under the swithport interface)
is that correct or not?? Because I receive error when I applied it on the
interface
3d20h: %QOSMGR-4-CLASS_NOT_SUPPORTED: Classification is not supported in
classmap VLAN_33
Please help.

I don't understand the scenario. You have packets coming into switch A,
routed by router A, ending up on switch B? Are you talking about creating a
mapping between COS and DSCP/IPP on the switch so that the router receives
marked packets? If so tinker with setting the edge port on the switch "mls
qos cos 1" and then setting up a "mls qos map cos-dscp".
With a few exceptions, secrecy is deeply incompatible with democracy and
with science.
