I wouldn't assume that it's not going to be in the R&S lab. The
documentation for it is in the IP Addressing Services section (along
with NAT, DHCP etc) on univercd and a VPN is not a requirement as it
can be used over a GRE tunnel. In a typical implementation it probably
would be used with IPSec, but the lab is not about a typical
implementation ;)
