Hi Peter,

1) We have had many students with non RFC-1918 private IP addresses
and it works just fine. EasyVPN supports NAT-T, so the real question
is if your ISP blocks certain ports such as ISAKMP (UDP 500) or not.

2) We don't currently offer L2TP support - such as what you are most
likely describing - so all of your phones at your site will be on one
subnet and NAT'd back to our network.
Shouldn't really affect anything much - just when you want to test QoS
across a given serial link - just do a 3-way conference.
