Lim,
My understanding is that in both scenarii 1 and 2, no snmp trap will be
sent to 10.10.10.10.
In scenario 3, only bgp traps will be sent to 10.10.10.10
If in scenario 1 or 2, you had "snmp-server host 10.10.10.11 cisco123",
then you would send bgp traps to 10.10.10.11.
