It can make admin's lazy too. I recall one gig where a PIX had to be right
both ends. Customer complained they couldn't connect to a box we were
hosting. The customer admin guy used PDM. When I let on I was not using the
GUI to configure our pix he assumed all the problems where at our end. Lots
of blame emails started flying around. My config seemed fine to me. A couple
of days later it magically all worked. I changed nothing on our side. Funny
that. It's amazing how bitchy some admins can be.
