We have a great video demo'ing how to do this with a phenomenal
product from a company called IP Blue.

The video is mainly geared toward how to setup the IP Blue VTGO-PC.exe
softphone with our PSTN CallManager - but also is very applicable
toward setting up multiple IPBlue phones using multiple Microsoft
Loopback Adapters for the uniquely needed MAC addresses.
We also allow you to use your own Hardware IP Phones (sans PSTN) with
hardware VPN if you wish and have extensive documentation regarding
this feature as soon as you book and login to your Proctorlabs.com
account.
