I'd wait until the first of the year and ask again. During a recent "Ask the Experts" on NetPro, the CCIE PM said that '08 would bring some announcements about lab locations. IIRC, he hinted at possibly announcing new locations and also expanded capability at existing locations. Now I don't recall that he committed to the 1st of January, exactly, but rather just sometime in the new year. And Cisco did recently have a job req out for a proctor position in Sydney...
