There is no error in the original solution as it stands. The task says
that "ensure that no other VLAN traffic follows the path that VLAN 102
does". VLAN 102 traffic from SW2 to SW4 first forwards to SW1 over
Fa0/13, and then over Fa0/21 to SW4. All other traffic from SW2 to SW4
forwards on link Fa0/16 to SW3.
