Please Help FR Switching Issue

Hi Folks,
I have an issue with FRSW, connecting R1 and R2 with the following
config
Sh int s2/0 shows me serial int up but Line protocol down.
Could you please throw some light on this, i tried a lot resolving this,
but in vain.

Please help
