I use Barracuda which does a pretty good job. You can set it as either an
inbound or outbound spam firewall to address all your needs.

I forgot to also mention that my internal users are also spamming the world,
based on my diagnosis.

If you know of solutions that prevent incoming and outgoing spam, would
really appreciate.
