Hi,
network statement mainly identifies which interfaces are running OSPF and
these are on which area. AFAIK, it will not effect databas/routing table etc
If you want to put only interface vlan 20, under OSPF you can choose 1st
one.
Otherwise if there are some other interfaces in the same subnet, and needs
to be put under OSPF, you can choose 2nd one.
Just note that order of network statement is important.
