Hi Li,
I had exactly the same problem with USB nics and hubs in XP it fact I wasted a
couple of days trying to get it work ! Eventually I gave up and bought three
4-port ZYNX ZX346Q nics on e-bay - they worked perfectly first time and I have
not had a problem since !
