I would have taken all the csco certs and told him some guy from Cisco came
by at lunch and said something thing about him breaking the NDA?

Gary,

Funny! There was a guy at my last job who framed and hung all his certs in
the office. He had them organized in order of importance. I swapped the A+
one and put it in first place over his cisco certs.
It was all fun and games until he came back to his office and had a
hissy fit like a 2 year old :)
Ok, seeing the blow up was pretty fun too :)

Cisco would be doing the right thing by supplying quality paper/frame to the
people who dumped 1200-1400 bucks who knows how many times.
