Why worried? For the longest time, there was an official "Wide Area
Networking" section of the blueprint where PPP and FR were listed. Frame
Relay is now somehow under Bridging and Switching which I think is an
oversighted way of saying 'Layer 2'. perhaps the same oversight left PPP
off.
However, it appears to have been left off. There is, however, no
announcement about this. Nor is there anything saying that PPPoFR is NOT
part of the elusive "Frame Relay" listing with no sub-parts.
So in the grand spirit of 'anything is fair game' that has been with the
CCIE program for longer than I can remember, what's the difference whether
it's PPP over a Frame PVC or over a regular serial link?

on the Current Cisco CCIE Lab Exam Blueprint.
