Dear all,

From Cisco Doc CD, Qos police topic Modular QoS CLI (MQC)
Three-Level Hierarchical Policer. I don't understand that why there will have
problem when using 2 level MQC with both are using police BUT it won't when
using Three-Level Hierarchical Policer. The Doc CD shown the configuration
example for Three-Level Hierarchical Policer, but no example for 2 level.
