RE: OSPF Neighbour config wont stick in config ?

You only communicate with the the DR/BDR on NBMA, so assuming you set
priority to 0 then it can neither be a DR nor a BDR. So the neighbor command
is taken out since we dont need a full neighbor relationship with a non
DR/BDR.
