I would say I agree with you on that, Joe. Why cant they just bill you right
away when you make the payment?

Can you imagine I had scheduled and made the payment since April? And yet
cisco decided to wait until 28 days before the exam (which actually ended up
being 7 days) to debit my card?

It appears cisco is too busy with other 'more important things' maybe.

It's a pity seeing a company that made $10million/hr of online sales (as at
2004) unable to build effective web and ecommerce systems.

Anyway, they're a router company not a java vendor. :)
