Enterprise firewall provides full list of feature, in addition of NAT. For
example, Statefull and deep packet inspection, packet filtering, and so on.

NAT only "prevent access from outside network into inside network" if you do
hide NAT or PAT. If you do one-to-one static NAT, the inside host is
accessible from outside.
