Cisco Unity Express on AIM-CUE

Dear All,

I want to have Cisco Unity Express on 2801. Now the standard AIM-CUE comes
with 256SD RAM with no flash memory.

The question which arise in my mind is do i need one GB Flash memory for it
or I can run Cisco unity express 3.x successfully with out any problem.
