I had read it somewhere actually, and found it
interesting that someone had asked this question.
It is just a simple question when you think about it.
Just all 1's in the 16 column and then a combo
equaling 14 in the 8/4/2 columns...
So really simple for a practicing CCIE or Candidate
but maybe a little challenge for a newer person who
has not worked this one out yet.
