IRB = Integrated Routing and Bridging, with this config, you are making both
interfaces fastethernet 0/0 and fastethernet 0/1 act as a pure bridge
between those interfaces, so traffic instead of route between both
interfaces as a default router, now is bridged, and if it is going to be
routed, the bvi interface created is the responsable for routing activity.
