First I would draw the Layer 2 topology between the switches and see what
the task asks me, if I need to have Server Client enviorment then I would
first build the trunks and then setup the VTP, if I need to have Transparent
Bridging then it dosnt metter where I would start,

My preference is to first build all the trunks in any way.

once I have all the trunks then it is easier to propagate the needed VLANS
and achieve layer 2 Ethernet connectivity
