You may find some detailed thoughts on this in the archives as I know we've
discussed it before!

In general though, follow the packet. Look at your topology and determine
what makes more sense. Don't do both though, you only redirect once for
each path flow! (e.g. you can have multiple "in" interfaces, but don't do
"in" and "out" for the same packet path!)
