RE: bgp cluster-id

In a quite big large network, you can have various clusters, and for each
cluster you can have more than one route reflector for redundancy, so to
prevent loops, you must configure the route reflectors who belong to the
same clust with THE SAME CLUSTER ID, and I think, It must not be the same as
the router ids of each router reflector, but as I told you, It must be the
same between the router reflectors of the same cluster.
You can choose instead of an Ip addreess for the cluster Id a decimal value.
