Using this command you are setting the prune eligible list in the trunk
port. After enabling VTP pruning globally in a VTP domain, one has to go to
ever trunk and specify what vlans are prune eligible. The switch will only
prune from the prune eligible vlan list. It also is not intended to affect
switches in VTP transparent mode, so if one of the switches are running in
vtp transparent mode you would have to remove any kind of pruning being done
on the trunk to that switch.
