D) ip as-path access-list 3 permit ^690_ => routes originating from
AS 690 , the word originated mean the source and this can be true but also
can be false for this case. the rule here specify that you receive routes
from your directly connected AS 690 the origin of the prefix is the first AS
from the right so it could be different AS then 690
