Absolutely the dot1q tunnel is an isolated construct; whether it crosses one
switch or 5 across trunks. The vlan should be carried only to end points
that are concerned with being part of that broadcast domain.

referring to iewb v4.1 lab 7 1.4...and other dot1q tunnel task,my assumption
is the vlans used duign dot1q tunnel configuration shud be different from ur
routing/IGP vlans.Is my assumption correct??
