usually when mentioned VoIP and not a specific control protocol it is
refereeing to the RTP but I would get up and ask the proctor to clarify this
issue.
as there are several control protocols not only H323.
H323
SIP
SKINNY
MGCP
MGACO
IAX
IAX2
more...
but all use RTP (RTCP is part of the RTP Protocol) for the Media Transfer.
