Why would you want wfq in the "priority queue"?
I think you need to read Wendell Odom's qos book... jitter and buffers have
about a 20ms variable delay acceptance. WFQ is not going to guarantee
serialization delays. It simply waits for contention then handles
scheduling.
Or are you just testing things?
