On the gatekeeper issue the following debug and capture the output:

        debug h225 asn1
        debug gatek main 5

Remember to turn "term mon" on (term mon).

Try to make the call.

Post the results - The ARQs should show why it is failing.

HTH,

John

Subject: OT:MCU3515 with GK and Polycom H323 clients

Hi ,

Sorry for the OT. Was wondering if anyone has had much experience with
Polycom
V500 conference units registering as H323 devices on Gatekeeper. I have
been
able to get the devices to register fine on GK, I would like these
clients to
be able to dial one another directly via the GK. They are currently able
to
dial into the MCU no prblem. Should there been anything specific that
should
be allowed on the GK to allow the terminals to call one another ? Below
find
an excerpt of the config:

gatekeeper zone local zone1d test.com 172.18.2.9 zone local zone1a

gw
ipaddr 172.18.2.10 1720 no use-proxy zone1a default inbound-to terminal

default
inbound-to terminal no use-proxy zone1g default outbound-from terminal
no
use-proxy zone1h default inbound-to terminal no use-proxy zone1h default
outbound-from terminal no shutdown

So for now I would like a device in zone1a which is assigned DN 6712 to
call
6037 via the gatekeeper.

Thanks !
