Dear all,
   
   
  According to the command reference "To set the Multi Exit Discriminator (MED) value on prefixes advertised to external BGP (eBGP) neighbors to match the Interior Gateway Protocol (IGP) metric of the next hop, use the set metric-type internal "
   
  But i see that the default behavour is to advertise the IGP routes redistributed in BGP with MED value equals to the IGP metric of the redistributed route!
   
  Would you provide me a scenario to see the effect of the "set metric-type internal" ?
