just from looking on the diagram

what if you would

do some mapping like that?

R3
int s0/0.235 mu
ip add <R3>
fram map ip <R5> 315 b
fram map ip <R2> 312 b
fram map ip <R5> 312
fram map ip <R2> 315

R2
int s0/0.235 mu
ip add <R2>
 fram map ip <R5> 205 b
fram map ip <R3> 213 b
fram map ip <R5> 213
fram map ip <R3> 205

R5
int s0/0
ip add <R5>
 fram map ip <R3> 513 b
fram map ip <R2> 502 b
fram map ip <R3> 502
fram map ip <R2> 513

I do not know if this will work or not but my logic say that if there is
layer 2 connectivety to the desiered Router then you will have a neibor
relation also UP even if one of the DLCI is down.

I will need to try this.
