when you use PIM and you want to send multicast from one router to another
this Multicast Traffic is going trough an RPF check and if the RPF check is
failing due to the reason that the RPF is relaying on the Unicast Topology,
then you can fix it by using IP Mroute, it is not changing the routes in
your topology it is just to pass the RPF check

the RPF is reverse path forwarding mean that it check from the destination
to the source if the R4 is is where the host are at then they are the
destination the source is where the Multicast server.
