1241 is AP not a Bridge

You need a 1300 outdoor bridge point.

Also although it is a Cisco Study Group as it is not a Study group related
question I will allow my self to recommend a different vendor for this type
of Setup.

Motorola Canopy, as far as Wireless BH they are the best and they have
solutions for up to 600 Mbps Point to Point Bridging with distances of over
100Km isn't it so cool?!
