                    Please read up on the following link, it might not solve
all your concerns with outbound/inbound redundancy, but will at least point
you in a direction which is very commonly being used my clients with
broadband connections, where the Ethernet hand off might still be up ,but,
the service might be down, a case very similar to Vsat Links.
