IGP Networks and External links question

Dear All,

How about if all IGP and EGP taks doesn't asking to advertised BB
networks (For example link between BB1 and R6) is that gone effect the
rechability and rating resultes?

If all IGP and EGP taks doesn't specified in which protocol the
loopback networks of my IGP domain (R1, R2, R3..etc) and there is some
routers running multiple routing protocols
can i advertise it to any routing protocol of the running protocols?
