Joe,
I am just generalizing, and I know what you mean. People just throw anything
on their resume any little thing they have touched. I create a section with
technologies I have worked with and another section on technologies I would
consider myself very good with. I had a really good interview, where the
interviewer asked me what my best protocol was, and of course he proceded to
ass ream me on the subject. He expected it too :) I still got a job offer
out of it.
