Marcos,
You can use Anycast RP with Static,Auto-rp or BSR
configuration without any problems. In case of Anycast RP implementation,
multiple mapping agents can advertise the same mapping(group,rp) to
downstream peers/routers. If you have redundant Auto-RP mapping agents, as
long as they advertise the same information, there is no problem. Downstream
peers or routers use IGP to figure out which RP is the closest to them. Once
the RP closes to them goes down they connect with the backup RP. This way
Anycast providers load balancing as well as redundancy to a multicast
network.
