I think you could do a show ip bgp neighbors x.x.x.x advertised-routes to
see if the routes you are concerned with are being advertised to the ebgp
neighbor
Then do a show ip bgp community and see if the routes that you want to have
the community set actually have it
and then as long as you have the neighbor x.x.x.x remote-as y send-community
, you should be advertising the community
