Alex,
The Egress queuing on a 3560 can be a slightly tricky topic,
specially when you are comparing it with 3550 QOS model. Please have a look
at the following link, it will explain the logic behind the reversal of
priority queue scheme in a 3560 as compaired to a 3550 Model.
