JP,

We are more than willing to find and acknowledge our mistakes where
they are to be had.
If we weren't - we wouldn't have spent upwards of 6 hours over many
days with you on the phone, not to mention the countless hours spent
in email support.

But this is a problem - that you have self-admittedly said that you
forgot (or didn't know to - whichever) to create a Route Pattern - and
that also over on our support mailing list - OSL - that you self-
admittedly acknowledge that we DO in fact tell you to create the Route
Pattern - but in a later task, simply not where you "wished" to see
it. This incidentally is also the nature of how you would go about
configuring things - would be from the ground up - thus create and
configure the CUBE, then the GW or Trunk pointing to the CUBE, then
the RG --> RL --> Route Pattern that ultimately rings it. And as
others have very acurately mentioned - you could take certain steps
out by not putting that RP in a PT and pointing it directly to the GW.

So again I would simply ask that before making baseless claims (that
you have already yourself disproved) that you, in the spirit of
learning, ask for help first - it will get you much further in this
community.

Best of luck in your studies - and still standing by to support you
with any problems you have,

-M
