OT: ECNR check to visit Belgium

Hi,

I do not have ECNR (Emigration Check Not Required) Stamp in my passport
(Indian passport)

Passport says that to visit Europe countries there is no need to have ECNR
Stamp. So to visit Belgium visiting visa is sufficient, and it is not
required to get ECNR. Am I right? Or do I need to get any other Emigration
stamps similar to ECNR?
